1 Definitions and General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bkkk ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "player"). For the purpose of this agreement, the following terms are defined as:

• Platform: The bkkk website and all associated services.
• Account: The personal gaming account of a registered user.
• Funds: Money deposited and held in an account.
• Bonus: An additional amount provided for promotional purposes.
• Bet: The amount of money set for participating in any game.

These terms apply to the use of any product or service on the bkkk platform. Alongside these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy will also remain in effect. In the event of any conflict, the provisions of these terms will take precedence.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age

The bkkk platform is for persons aged 21 or older only. Creating an account or participating in games by minors is strictly prohibited. If any member provides a false age, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Age Verification Process

We may at any time request a valid government-issued ID (National ID card, passport or driving licence) to verify your age and identity. Deposit and withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

Access to the platform may be prohibited from certain regions. Using a VPN or proxy to bypass these restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and if detected, all accounts will be closed. If multiple accounts need to be operated from the same device or IP address in a family setting, the support team must be contacted in advance.

3.2 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information is a violation of the terms. If you need to change any information, please contact our support team.

3.3 Password and Login Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately. bkkk will never ask for your password.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the bkkk platform is ৳100. We support the following payment methods:

• Upay
• Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami and Sonali Bank)

All deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• bkkk reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same bank account or mobile wallet.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳20,000. A 20x wagering requirement must be met to use this bonus. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus and a total of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified time limit to use the bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be restricted to certain games.
• If misuse of any promotional offer is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The bkkk VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher tiers through active play. The benefits and conditions of each tier are separate and may change from time to time.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

Casino games, slots, sports betting and card games are available on the bkkk platform. Each game has its own rules. The outcome of any game is entirely dependent on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is audited and fair.

6.2 Finality of Results

If a game result is faulty due to a technical issue, the relevant bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. However, normal and correct results are final and cannot be appealed.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

A maximum bet limit is set for each game and event. If an attempt is made to exceed this limit, the bet will automatically be reduced to the maximum approved amount.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted midway due to a server or network issue, the result will be determined based on what was completed or the bet will be cancelled. bkkk's decision on this matter is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or selling an account.
• Misusing bonuses or promotions (including arbitrage betting).
• Hacking, phishing or committing any other cybercrime.
• Using automated software or bots.
• Money laundering or engaging in suspicious financial activities.
• Creating an account by providing false information.
• Accessing from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 bkkk's Rights

bkkk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
• Account inactive for an extended period.

8.2 User Rights

You may contact our support team at any time to request closure of your account. In the case of voluntary account closure, an opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive. An administrative fee may be applied to inactive accounts. Contact the support team to reactivate an account.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Limitation of Liability

bkkk is not liable for the following:

• Issues with games or transactions caused by internet connection disruptions.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays or issues with third-party payment services.
• Outcomes resulting from a player's betting decisions.
• Unforeseen events beyond our control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.

13 Changes to Terms

bkkk reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will publish a notice on the website or notify you by registered email.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, please request account closure.
